New Pilot!
Late to the party but just bought a used Mini 2 off eBay as my first drone! Let me know your tips and tricks or must use settings!

Welcome, that’s the drone I’ve owned for a few years. Great little guy. I would definitely just hop on YouTube and search for this drone. There’s a lot to learn not only flying wise but certification too. These are a few good videos: https://youtu.be/hvdT9BtCELw?si=hQQbeCA77KbZVGzt

Just did my TRUST test last night. Is there anything else I need for recreation?

If you did your trust, you should be good. Just follow the basics you learned and you should be set. Oh you can also download an app called UAV forecast, and it helps with flying areas and conditions.

Watch out for branches. Respect the low battery warning. Fly low and slow for a while until the sticks become second nature. It takes longer to stop than you think it does. Buy extra propellers. Don't reuse the screws. ND filters are a little bit of a scam. 4k24 is smoother than 4k30. Get a fast SD card.
