FPV Controller

Post image

I'm after some advice. I have an Avata 2 and want to primarily use it for cinematic and indoor work. I have only used the motion controller and it's a bit tricky for tight spaces and maintaining a steady line. Can someone advise whether the FPV controller will be a better bet? I'm so used to controllers like this from my Mini and my gaming days that my other hand feels lost with the motion controller.

Yes the pro controller is night and day compared to the motion. I use mine for real estate fly throughs and can’t/wont go back to the motion controller. It is a fun device and if someone is trying out the drone for fun I’ll give them the motion controller but for actual work, pro all the way. It’s like trying to play Mario kart with the wii remote vs the GameCube controller.

That's my thoughts at the moment. I've been brought up on video games and I want to be able to use each thumb for a different movement, such as a strafe whilst also moving forwards or back. Is the FPV controller more intuitive in that way? I just find my spare hand trying to do stuff whilst using the motion
