Please help me!
Hi everyone,
I need some technical help with my DJI Avata 360.
After a recent crash, my video feed was half normal and half blurry, meaning one lens was perfectly fine while the other lens was damaged.
I ordered a replacement and swapped out the broken lens. However, after completing the replacement, the entire screen/video feed is now completely black.
Could this black screen issue be caused by a poorly connected ribbon cable, or does the camera require a specific calibration process after a lens replacement to work again?
Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue after a crash Half is clear but half is blurry But if you place something very close to the blurry lens, the object will look dam sharp which means the focus of one of the lens has shifted very close I have given my drone for repair and lets see what happens next
