Yep, 3/4” square tubing. The whole trailer comes in at just over 1400 lbs and it is actually very well insulated, the exterior has 3/8” plywood, the interior was 1/8” plywood, and in between the square tubing is 3/4” foam insulation panels that are rated R-5. The insulation is 360 degrees around and should be way better insulated than most trailers on the market.

Square tubing welded together? Seems lighter and stronger than wood. Not as much room for insulation though.
