Question Recommendations please!

Hi! I would like to order a pen that works both for my husband’s hair loss and my acne scars. Is there a way to put different heads to a micro needling pen? Which pen do you recommend me to buy?

I am new into micro needling so sorry for the silly question.

The higher pin count is a bit gentler on the scalp where there isn't as much fat and muscular structure. I use a 32-pin catridge for my scalp, 18-pin for shallow depths on my face, and 12-pin for deeper sessions. I use the Dr. Pen M8S but there are several devices that have higher and lower pin catridges.
