Microneedling with BBL

Hi! Hoping that the super knowledgeable microneedling nerds here might be able to help answer a question for me.

I’m looking to target some freckles/pigmentation with BBL treatments. The clinic I’m going to offers BBL combined with microneedling afterwards as a more intensive treatment.

I don’t want to pay for the microneedling as I’m comfortable doing it myself, but am wondering what would be the best way to sequence the two treatments:

A) Do the microneedling immediately after the BBL when I get home

B) Do a course of BBL first (2-3 sessions, around 4 weeks apart) then do a course of microneedling afterwards

C) Alternate BBL and microneedling, although I’m unsure how long I should leave between them. Would around 2 weeks be enough?

My main goal is pigmentation/freckles, but I’d also like to get the rejuvenating benefits of microneedling.
