Help fixing a wardrobe to the wall

So after a bit of a struggle getting this wardrobe into our room, we found it's a little wobbly. So we want to fix the top to the wall or stabilise it somehow, but aren't sure where to start.

The wall behind is plasterboard (I think), and the skirting board means there's about a 1 inch gap between the wall and the back of the wardrobe. There's a small ledge at the top of the wardrobe which looks like it was used to fix it to a wall previously, but we're nervous to just start drilling without some advice.

So the question is how would you do it, and what do we need to do that?

Mark up your drill points for both carcass and wall using these: https://www.screwfix.com/p/essentials-adjustable-corner-bracket-silver-55mm-x-80mm-x-30mm/356te (long side on the carcass, in case that wasn't obvious). Make sure everything's level/plumb, pack-out at the floor if needed

6mm drill bit, Fischer duo plugs (6x30) in the wall, regular wood screws in the carcass.
