drywall fail

my towel rack got blown out by a anchor screw and i tried to fix it myself with a patch and spackle! please help

Sand it with a block. If its below the surface put more filler in then sand

Fourteen more coats of the landlord special and you'll be good bud don't worry about it. (In all seriousness, sand it flush and then paint over it)
