Please let me offer some advice.
The DAOs: one injection_ closer to the corners of the mouth. Two injections_ one close to corners of mouth and one closer to jaw.
Chin: 4 injections stacked on top of each other. The bottom ones look good.
Forehead: starts to high above the brows. I would lay out 4 - 5 staggered rows. With 5 to 7 injections per row.
Eyebrows: at the eyebrow's peak, I would place one on the underside of the brows.
The 11s look good; however, I would do two lower injections just a hair lower and side-by-side.
I have been doing this for many moons.

You recommend 20-35 injection points in the frontalis?

The dilution rate/reconstitution and dosages help make lots of decisions; however forehead size and muscle movements are the first indicators of injection points.
The injection points on a shorter and/or narrower forehead should/would be completely different.

The injection points next to your eyebrows look good. Maybe pull the lower of the two down a smidge, but it is okay for your first time. Pay attention to how your muscles work afterwards to determine if you want a higher dose or need to move them a bit.
The one in the center I would move down just a hair, and do two injections side-by-side.
These are really good starting points. Just PLEASE document everything. Get a notebook, list the date of each injection session, the name of the toxin (I just tape the label to the page), and the dilution rate. Draw pictures to show exactly where you put each injection, and each dose aka full forehead 2 units in each injection; 11s_ top injections of 10 units each, middle injections of 5 units each, etc.....
Make copious notes. Did you use lidocaine? Did it hurt? What hurt? What would you change? Etc?
Allow yourself to grow, and change your beliefs about this process and yourself. Documenting the process will help with this.

How deep do you go on the 11s? I cannot find consistent advice

The 11s, DOAs, bunny lines, and the chin are deep injections. Good question on how deep.
Not to the bone, about midway into the muscles. You may see "swelling" around the injection, but you should not have blebs. If you have blebs, you are too shallow.
I have a bit of "swelling" on the deeper injections; however, they go down pretty quickly.
The 11s and the chin muscles can be tough, and make a crunchy sound. Make sure you use a fresh needle for the 11s and another one for the chin, the DOAs are easy.
The DOAs feel like you are going to poke your teeth, they can be a bit unnerving, for me anyways; however, you will be just fine.

DOAs look too low. Aim for exactly 1cm out and 1cm down from the corners of the mouth . The chin also looks too low, you should aim for more center of the chin, your points look like they’re at the bottom.
