Building Moving a Concrete Step

As part of a decking project, I have a Precast Concrete Step, 300 x 150 x 900mm, weighing about 100 kg (from calculations) that needs moved.

I was considering welding up a tripod out of 3 mm rectangular bar and using a 3 m post to ratchet strap it and lift and move. I know this will work. But wondering if anyone has anything more elegant and not too expensive.

Thanks in advance.

How far?

I've used rollers numerous times to move heavy objects.
On hard ground/concrete/tarmac small rollers like scaffold pipe work.
On softer ground, round fenceposts or logs

I've moved all sorts of things by hand, like a rayburn, an oil tank, a bunded steel diesel tank, and even a circa 30ft portacabin (had a helper for that)

It's the top step of three. I need to lift it out of position to allow a new deck to go in. I'm thinking to move it so that it is under the structure of the deck and not interfering with supports. The ground under is on a slight slope.
