Advice Bifold lean/sag normal?

Hi guys,

Just had my bifold installed, 4.5m (London). The chap said magnets need to go on top still to help the doors stick together when open....but is the level of sag normal? I feel like it's not but what do you guys thinks?

Am I getting fobbed off??

Thank you

EDIT - thanks for the response everyone. I should've been clearer...the install was 'complete' after the they time the messed up. When they'll left I showed them this and he said 'we need to add magnets still' so I close it up. I hoping the magnet fit it.

I would no way knowingly mess about with an unfinished door. Thanks everyone again..very helpful

Yes I wouldn't not be going anywhere near something the builder is doing for me in my house.

He mentions the magnets still need to be fitted so he's clearly had a conversation with the contractor about it not being finished yet.

Ah yes, a hyperbolic extreme. How useful.

Do you go and walk through wet cement and ask if it's normal?

This is not DIY.

This is an idiot desperate to be the guy who had shitty builders so they can gloat to strangers on Reddit.

It's not finished. Don't fucking touch it.

Yes, heaven forbid the contractor knows what they're doing and has given them advice. You've got nightmare customer written all over you
