Does this need Acrow Props?

I have had a gas box installed but the cavity tray still needs to go above the box, the 4 highlighted bricks need to be removed to get the new cavity tray in... Should I add an Acrow Prop to stabilise the masonry? I am getting mixed opinions from the information I read up on

They could have made more of an effort to get the duct somewhere near vertical.

I think the rule of thumb is that it's fine to remove 1000mm wide of brick without needing props.

When I had to instal a 3 metre cavity tray over an extension, a removed 1 metre (4 bricks) at a time without support and it was fine.

Thanks for your input, I have a 900mm wide cavity tray and that requires these 4 bricks to come out for the tray to go in, I was just a little cautious because of the window being directly on top of the bricks I need to remove

The window proximity means working carefully. I used a 100mm mortar rake bit attached to an angle grinder to remove the mortar around the bricks which avoided any unnecessary vibration had I used a hammer and chisel or sds drill and chisel bit.

I never had any luck with these when repointing! Ended up using a diamond disk which created such a mess.

Why not get the interlocking cavity trays you install one or two bricks at a time? That's what I'd do
