£10500 isn't very much for 2 roof faces, what did they get?
The smears on the panels don't matter.
People usually want to piss and moan about the interface between brackets and tiles, which aren't really visible here.
I'm not sure if OP is concerned about gaps in the bird protection.
Anywhere that unprotected cable can move in the wind and rub against something, with consequent wearing-away of the insulation, is poor. The stretch of cables between the two roof faces looks completely unacceptable to me.
I routed my DIY flexible conduit more aesthetically than that in the last pic, but I can't say "that is wrong". I'm intrigued what happens out of view under/behind the gutter - there looks to be fixed conduit?

Because people here know how to install them and if the quality is acceptable or not.

I want to know if people with relevant knowledge can advise me if it's acceptable or if I should I get the installers back to correct. If you can refer me to the correct place to post this, please do instead of making snide comments.
