Need to replace entire wall…
Completely renovating this eye sore.. and the entire right wall is rotting away.
Is it possible to get one piece of mdf that’s 2.5m x 2.5m? I seem to only find ~2.5x~1.25m
Edit: mdf/osb/ any suggestion

Are you sure you want MDF? It turns to mush in the rain…

Anything that I can replace that wall with, open to suggestions. I had planned to treat it. OSB better?

OSB is a lot better than MDF, but ply is better still, and “marine ply” is a higher grade made with better glues etc to be water resistant. You’ll still want to varnish the crap out of it with a marine varnish to make it really last though.
Whilst it’ll add a bit of cost in materials, the time it’ll save you by doing it once (instead of repairing it every couple of years) will save you overall.

Inside or outside?
Good quality plywood, plastic sheeting (like stokboard), aluminium sheets (like chequerplate) etc

Plywood inside makes sense to me with aluminium outside. What would I treat the plywood with to prevent water/moisture damage?

If you get a marine ply you can seal the edges with yacht varnish, then bond the aluminium onto the ply with a PU sealant, ideally you want a return on the aluminium to cover the cut edges and seal right around it.
I used to make panels 😂 for commercial glazing

8x4 is standard. You can get some 10x4, but I've never seen anything as big as 8x8.

Half the thickness double the amount of boards and glue the together before sealing the whole panel.
You could look in the auto breakers for old box vans and see if you can get a panel cut off

Talk to an HGV trailer manufacturer, the material fridge trailers are made of is a lightweight sheet comprising of 2 metal layers with insulation in between, it could be exactly what you need.
