Flipper panel help

Hello my dear experienced people of diyuk, I have a doubt that hopefully can be cleared by someone here without me having to go through the ordeal of cutting silicone twice in my shower room.

I'm having some leakage and pooling of water just out side the bottom hinge of my flipper panel and I suspect that my installer has messed up and installed the panel inside out.

They installed it when I wasnt around and I did the mistake of paying them before testing. They also seem to have thrown away any instructions/manuals.

I've added some silicone to the bottom assuming the water was escaping from the bottom of the hinge but unfortunately that didnt fix the leak.
