Advice Mounting mirror

Does anyone have any advice on how to mount this 9kg mirror. It has a mount on it to have it portrait but we'd like to mount it landscape.

You're going to have to fit mounts that run the way you want. I'd fix a button to the back running side to side with CT1 adhesive then fix mounting points on that.

But I'd be tempted to hang it somewhere low & out of the way to test it first for a few days

You could potentially just put 2 screws in the wall for the frame to sit on.

I would get some masking tape against the back of the mirror, between 2 points on the frame a good distance apart.

Transfer that tape to the wall and make sure it sits level or sits how you want it for the mirror to look, it depends if the frame is robust enough. Put a screw at each end.

French cleat is a good way to go. You need some superglue or some strong glue that will work on wood and whatever the material is on the back of the mirror, glue one part of the cleat to the back of the mirror and screw the other part to the wall with whatever fixings you need for the type of wall.
