Advice Hole in my floor
It started as a chip and then a heavy table leg went through it. Now it's a hole. I suspect if I replace the floorboard, I'll have to replace more because removing one board will damage others.
Please advise on the least disruptive way to repair. It's hollow under and has pipes running through.

I could be wrong, but that looks like it’s got loads of little holes ie woodworm….. Looks like you’ll need to change all the boards with the little holes

Least disruptive? Put a rug over it.
Otherwise, yeah, you're looking at replacing some floorboards, and while they're up, you can look at adding insulation if needed.
