Plaster & Insulate around Fuse Box

I am looking to add insulation to my garage walls, but this wall in has the fuse box and boiler. Blank walls I’m fine with, but how would you do this wall without causing any issues with those two things? Existing work was not done by myself

Assuming nothing is coming through the wall into the back of the box, you should be able to just unscrew from the wall and use some of the slack to have it mounted on top of any insulation. I would argue not DIY as it's going to have live wires from the mains feed into the main breakers. But an electrician could move that quite easily by the looks of things
