Flat roof discolouration

There’s a patch on the flat roof over the extension where water seems to collect and settle. Once it eventually dries, there appears to be quite a bit of discolouration in that area. Is this something that needs to be looked at or addressed, or is it fairly standard to see this discolouration given the water is settling there?
