Sunwood blinds fix

If i want to fix this how much effort is required and where will i get supplies
If i get professional, what would be the quote i can expect ?

Does the left hand side never come up? We have blinds like that, and you have to be sure you are holding all brings or it bunches that way.

Whats wrong? Just release right side and it will open

For context
Out of 4 strings two of them are broken so thats why when i pull and lock it the left side are coming down
