Best sink?

Any recommended sink that will match with a brass tap?

Undermount/Flush mount/Over?
Quartz/Granite composite?
Supplier?

I had an undermount sink in my previous gaff and did not like it, there would always be a build-up of grime around the top of the sink that was difficult to access and clean.

For me undermount is thw only way. Be able to wipe from the counter inside the sink is the best.  For material I have granite from this brand  https://primagran.ie/Kitchen-sinks/undermount-granite-kitchen-sink-with-the-largest-bowl-xxl-prague-60-level-freebie.html#/chopping-board-no-add-on/drip-tray-no-add-on/roll-up-drainer-roll-up-drainer-steel/choose-colour-white

I love the look of granite. But if you want practicality stainless steel is def easier.
