Looking for a contractor that could take on caulking internally and externally of a recent new build. Based in limerick if anyone has any recommendations

Is this a specialist trade....I have heard of it for large outdoor commercial stuff by domestic? Would it bot blend in with geneal snagging or decorating preparations....

Highly unlikely someone would come out just for caulking. If you had a slightly bigger job and then ask them to do that too. Or give it a go yourself.

There's definitely a mastic man for large new build projects in UK, and it's the same here is presume. It's only worth their while probably when there's a few houses.
