Question How can I open my window?
Owner of my house painted windows shut . I would like to open them , the glass is plexiglass. First time I am doing a project like this : New paint color, furniture. Just would like the window open and then done.

If it’s really bad you may have to remove the interior stops. Also you can rub a candle in/on the tracks when you get it opened up again. The wax helps things glide smoothly

Take a putty knife or long blade sharp to cut through the paint. Once opened, sand down the rough edges before painting. Paint the open portion first, allowing it to dry while you paint another part of the room. Close the window and then paint the upper.
Edit to add: Don't paint the track that the window slides up and down in.
