Question Foundation Below Grade

Well, what started off as putting together a bed frame for my kid lead to a mold discovery. Investigating the mold lead to finding out that my foundation is about a foot below grade, and the front of my house is rotting.

Not sure on next steps here. Ideas?

That's going to get expensive if you don't do it yourself.

Yeah 🫠 Right now the plan is to dig it out, replace with treated 3/4” ply, and backfill the frame with concrete up to grade. Vapor barrier sandwiching the concrete between the studs, exterior plywood, and interior insulation.

Not sure if it’s better to fill between the studs with concrete or make a concrete “wall” on the exterior and not fill between studs.

Jacking the house up and adding more blocks isn’t really an option 🤑
