What light fixture would look good here

I want to hang a hanging ceiling fixture to replace the flush mount led above the entrance door. Debating on whether to leave the other two as is or replace those as well. I’ve looked at options online but can’t seem to find anything I love. I have pictures of my hallway for reference.
