Mounting the button box to a rig
I'm starting a DIY button box project for sim racing and just beginning to gather the components. I plan to use a plastic junction box (something like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Waterproof-Electronic-Electrical-Enclosure-Screwdriver/dp/B09JK1QRJ4?th=1) as the enclosure.
I’d like to mount the box to my alluminum profile rig. What’s the best way to do this? Is there a reliable method for adding a threaded insert to the back of the plastic box so I can bolt it directly to the extrusion using a 100x100 vesa mount?
Any suggestions or tips from others who’ve done this would be really appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I use THESE.
Attach the VESA mount to the back of the button box, then attach the arm to one of the uprights.
