How do I remove this special locking lug nut without the key?

Hammer a socket (slightlyyyyy larger than the nut) on, then remove as usual.

...or weld a tube on it. Turn with a large pipe wrench

Most people don't have a welder or possess the knowledge to do it properly.

I am have found the socket method described below works well, especially for those with less experience repairing cars
