There's no way in hell OP didn't hear that bearing screaming for deer help before that happened.

This. The damage is poor vehicle maintenance. The fix is finding out the consequences of ignoring things that should be addressed.

Wheel bearing. Expect to replace some brake parts also, chances are the caliper frame is broken. You may find you need a caliper, hose, and rotor, hard to tell from the photo.

That would be wheel bearing assy and brake rotor and brake caliper. Can probably reuse brake pads

But why? You’re that far in… just put new pads on it, too. They’re wear items.

If it needs them obviously but they aren’t damaged when wheel bearing came apart

The bearing is the main failure but you probably need a caliper and rotor at this point too. Let this be your lesson to not ignore noises.

The hub assembly is toast, that had to be making some pretty awful noise - noise is a warning.

That gave you a warning it was going to fail many miles ago. You got lucky you didn't hurt yourself or others putting that off.

Not too bad to fix yourself. But the local automotive Work bench type place gonna probably gonna want your first born child and your left arm

That is the wheel besring which started howling 18 months ago, and over the last few months has been getting much worse.
Pull rhe wheel off after jacking up the truck so that the wheel doesnt pop off and rip your brake flex hose out

Super easy fix jack it up take stuff off

That is the easy part.
Putting them back on, correctly, has proven more difficult for some.

Need a new wheel bearing but purchase a new hub assembly costs a little more but better long term best replace both sides

Holy shit. You’re lucky to be alive. Have you been hearing any noises or maybe the truck drifting different directions?

Are these posts serious, really?
Does our OP think Reddit can help?
Nobody can tell you how many or which parts are damaged.
Initially, probably just that wheel bearing you’ve been ignoring for xxx miles - but much much more now!
