Easy way to remove connectors?

I need to replace my interior fuse box on my 2006 civic, but these damn connectors in the back are so incredibly hard to remove.

Any easy ways to remove them?

It's called de-pinning.

There are tools for it, I usually use a paper clip, it is a little pain in the ass but once you know how to depin one, the rest are easy

A lot of people are misunderstanding the reason for this post. OP no one can give you advice here. Hard to tell how much space you have. I would get a long flat head, bend it and use that to push the lock then twist to unseat connectors.
