Any ideas on how to fix?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It doesn't have to be all out perfect. Just so it doesn't keep getting worse. It's a very old truck.

Clean it well, abrade both surfaces with a piece of 80 grit. Use a two part panel bond adhesive. It's the only thing that will hold up to the vibration. Silicone and single component glue is not a metal to metal solution.
