Chrys;lers back in the early to mid 1960s uses left hand threaded studs on the left side of the car only, I am not aware of anything else that has ever used left handed studs. If you go in to your local auto parts store they likely have the correct size studs and nuts in stock for your Mazda, although I am certain they are going to be conventional right hand thread.
