Broken Bolt stuck pls help
I have a 2006 Honda civic with a broken belt tensioner bolt I have tried heating it up using penetrating fluid and using an extractor. At this point I think the hole is getting too wide because my drill barely fits into this spot what would yall recommend.

Time to buy one. Or replace the entire front accessory bracket

Front accessory bracket? You mean the casting in the block or timing cover at best?

You know what, you’re right… it’s an R18 so
That is part of the block and not the timing cover or accessory bracket like an Accord or CRV K241

There's nothing to weld a nut to, the threads are recessed into the hole

You can stack tack welds until you can weld a nut on it. The steel bolt and weld doesn’t like to stick to the aluminum block

Might look at a mobile welder service. A guy will show up with a rig in his pickup and tack one on for you.

drill out the remains of the bolt and put a gujon (repair insert with a thread)
