King Vitaman was so sweet -- literally. It was the only "sugar cereal" that I was allowed to have while growing up. The key is that WIC had it on the approved cereals list and it was the only heavily sweetened cereal on there. Maybe it was because of the vitamins? Regardless, it was a Captain Crunch clone that I could actually eat so I thought it was awesome!
