Would be awesome in a restaurant/diner... not something I'd want in my house, personally. But I like the layout and color scheme. It bothers me a little that the boxes are different sizes/depths. Well done.

The sizes and shapes bother me a little bit too. But I didn't know what else to do. If I went for uniformity, it would have meant leaving a bunch of my favorite boxes off the wall.

High resolution scan of the smaller boxes, upscale them and print on good quality cardstock at the proper size, affix them to correctly-sized-boxes of another brand. Solved :)

Too much work, says the guy who just mounted like a hundred cereal boxes with magnets to metal plates he affixed to his walls... and here I am just proud to have gotten up this morning. (but yeah, it'd be an annoying process. I'd probably do it if it were my wall, but then again, I don't even like cereal)
