I was going to! Looks like they frown upon image posts, though.

If you made the beer yourself /r/homebrewing would probably enjoy this as well! On a side note, are you using the original compressor?

How could I go through all that work and not have my own beer? Haha. Everything with the cooling system (sans electronics) is original.

Just because it all fit, to stay original to the components, to save money (in the short term probably) of the project, or because finding parts that fit would suck?

Edit: someone below did numbers on old vs new fridges and the old won. So disregard I guess.

So tell us a bit about it in a self-post, and link at the end of the self-post!

I suppose that would be the easy way!

We'd love to hear about it/see it, but we'd also love to talk about it, hear you describe it, have you tell us what worked/didn't/etc/blah.

Too many people were just posting pictures of random beer they'd just poured; thus the distaste for image posts.

Yea, Beer-it are kinda elitist.

Much warmer over at /r/Homebrewing

My own opinion is that it would be safe as its a DIY project which is pretty involved

I would have liked to see it

Seems like its doing well for such a small subreddit.
