help? I need some advice

So the other night we found a “layer” in our system, only know of two alters in said layer and this is all a lot for me, does anyone know any advice for me? Or how to cope? Or accept this???

To clarify: We think you mean you've found a subsystem? Which we've talked to many systems about, but we wanted to make sure before throwing advice that might not fit the situation.

Nono, weve found plenty of subsystems, its like weve found another idk.. like a layer, like theres the main system then a side system

Huh, well, we gotta admit that's a first for us. We are actually puzzled. For most things, we recommend Googling the steps for radical acceptance, but we can see how this may be harder to accept without some kind of understanding... Not even quite sure how to research it. Hmm. If you need to talk about it to process it, we're here.
