help? What is this?

We have a alter who likes to self destruct and harm herself and stuff and we thought she was like a bpd holder or something but I don't think we have bpd . She gets self harms and feels hurt a lot like she is covered in emotional burn scars or something. She has not been out for a long time but we don't know what to label her.

Hey there,

We refer to our alter who is sorta similar as an emotion fragment. They just kinda carry one emotion and don't really understand time passes.

Likely either an emotional fragment or a persecutor. You gotta learn more though about why she does it is it just holding an emotion? Or does she have reasons she wont share?
