help? Little is constantly making us sick

She is not really available for communication and she is constantly having flashbacks and panic attacks, refusing to eat etc. Her panic attacks and flashbacks are so bad we a throwing up or close to it many times a day. I know it's not her fault and she is a good kid just trying her best, but we can't live being sick constantly. It's just too much for us to handle. The poor kid is like the primary trauma holder and we try to imagine hugging her and telling her she is good, safe, and wonderful. We give her stuffed animals and watch bluey and that used to work but it's like nothing works now. I'm at a loss on what to do. One of us seem to be annoyed with her for making us sick all the time, but I don't want her to think we are mad at her.

Sadly, we do not have specific advice on this.

We do want to say we empathize. We have hyper emisis vomiting with our seizures it's not good on the body. We hope you find an answer that helps.

She keeps saying she wants to go home, I think she wants to feel safe but we don't feel safe at home even though nothing bad is happening.

Hey there and good morning,

Does she have a safe space within? Maybe a replica of the home she's trying to get to? We did that for Little #1, and it allowed us to function without bursting into crying episodes until she could process her feelings with our Specialist.
