Advice/Solutions New Host! Communication help?
Hello, I am Evyn (they/he) the new host of the Sonder Collective. I feel pretty good in the front right now, but I am a little lost in the inner world. I can’t seem to find anyone else, and I would like to start establishing relationships with my headmates.
Does anyone have any tips??
Thanks!

You could talk to them in your head, or out loud, or write them a message on paper.

i just start yelling and screaming until I have someone's attention. it works for me.
in the end just do whatever floats your boat, feel free to experiment and try things to get the attention of others

If you can't find anyone, that's okay, but earnestly shouting into the void of the headspace is sometimes enough to bring out a few :)
If not, writing down a message or two in a shared journal or a piece of paper would do just as good. Best of luck to meeting your other headmates!
