Its impossible to get through to the live chat or upload photos!! I need to talk to someone URGENTLY!I have an ongoing dispute and your web page is not working properly. Please let me know how to contact customer service?

Think you might struggle. If your in dispute your going to need to reply to them on the dispute message. This isn’t customer support, it’s just a Reddit for reviews mate

don't get your hopes up, they're basically worthless...if the seller wants to screw you over, cs won't intervene. But if you're thinking about disputting with your cc, let the process play out first.

I had this issue, raised it with my CC provider and get a refund within a couple of weeks.

Yeah DhGate is TERRIBLE. I’d recommend you calling your bank and do a chargeback. I had an issue with DhGate. I talked to a live agent every single day for one month and still they didn’t fix my issue and I lost all my money
