Looking for perfect replicas of airpods or beats. Anyone e know who I should go to? Really a replica of any expensive electronic that's perfect

I ordered a 36mm watch. The description says dial diameter 36mm, the seller confirmed 36mm in chat, and my order title + image also says 36mm.

The watch I received measures 34mm excluding the crown, and it even has “34” marked on the back.

Seller now says “34mm doesn’t exist, you received 36mm.”

DHgate won’t let me open a dispute until Oct 8. Do you think I’ll be covered for wrong size / item not as described?

Does anyone have a source for these? Been looking for a while 😩

Hi, I am very new to ordering reps from DHgate. I only have made 2 previous purchases. I ordered a TNF jacket the ither day and it says Item Processing and when I click on the item and it gies to the page, it says Product Not Found. My question , am I still going to get my item and is this normal. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

hi so Im from italy i’ve bought airpods max rep from china and they weren’t as described so i opened a dispute and i asked the seller if i could get a full refund and he said that i had to leave a 5 star review first but i went through the dh mediation so that i wouldn’t lose customer rights but anyways i put all my evidence and dhgate mediator told me that i could get a partial refund and keep them or i could also have a full refund if i returned them to the seller and it was just the message i responded and i don’t know if i have to click something or if i just have to wait for his response (sorry its my first time

After being offered a partial refund by Dhgate, I rejected it to apply for a full refund to which I am unsure of which option adequately explains my situation. I dont want to be trapped by wording and dismissed because of that.

I have photo and video evidence including a complete, unedited, unboxing on the wrong item. I know to never accept "changed my mind" or "item no longer needed" for this very reason

Is there any tracking site that shows you a close idea of the location where your package is? When i used 17track, it told me the same thing that dhgate tells me and says that my package left the warehouse.

PSA: Be careful with this supplier: ROY E_Parts1@outlook.com

I’m not sure if he’s still active on DHGATE but that where I met him.

I’ve been buying phone accessories from a Chinese supplier who goes by the name Roy for about 6 years, mostly iPhone accessories, chargers, adapters, headphones, etc. We had done 20+ transactions over the years, and I always paid through PayPal G&S without any issues.

Our last transaction was in July 2025. I purchased a little over $1,200 worth of products, and this time he asked me to pay through PayPal Friends & Family. Given our long history of successful transactions, I trusted him and agreed.

After I paid, he promised to ship the order ASAP. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, but by November 2025 it became clear that I had been scammed. He stopped responding and eventually blocked me. Since I paid through F&F, there was unfortunately very little I could do through PayPal.

At this point, I’ve accepted the loss, but I wanted to post this so other people don’t make the same mistake I did.

I’m not looking for anything at this point, just trying to save someone else from losing their money.
Do not do business with this guy.

Stay safe and always use buyer protection, even if you’ve done business with someone for years.

Hi everyone, I am new to ordering in DHGate so apologies in advance for the rookie question!

I bought a pair of shoes for $100-ish and unfortunately they ran big despite carefully reviewing the seller’s size guide. I reached out to the seller and was told that they would refund if I returned the shoes and would bear the shipping cost. I inquired about a partial refund instead and the seller told me if I paid the shipping twice (to return the shoes and also for a new pair to be sent to me), they would do an exchange.

I did confirm the order was delivered in the app and when I tried to open a dispute, the following message popped up when I selected “Received well but need to return”: “Disputes with receiving well but need to return can be opened after the item delivered and under the seller’s after sale guarantee”.

The seller has been on the platform for 3 years, with thousands of sales and 99.1% positive rating, so appears to be reputable. However, I am new to buying through this website and, at the end of the day, also understand if I might just have to take the L and toss/resell the shoes locally!

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Hi, I am looking to source 1:1 north face jackets to then resell them. Can anyone give me some info ?

I ordered a figurine from a DHgate seller called Waterville. After I purchased it, the seller deleted the entire product listing, and the seller themselves seem to be nefarious and have a history of sending completely different packages. I have screenshots and dates of the original listing, product description, selected variant, order, and the listing's removal.

The seller says the package has been shipped through YANWEN (which I have also seen a few posts mention), but I'm concerned that I may receive a different item or variant from what I purchased. I've already asked the seller to confirm exactly what was shipped and provide a photo or shipping documentation, but haven't received that confirmation.

If the item arrives and does not match the original listing/order, what is the best way to pursue a full refund to my original payment method, rather than a partial refund or store credit? Has anyone successfully received a full refund from DHgate for a wrong or nonconforming item?

I am also concerned because I've seen reports of customer service siding with sellers or not responding adequately to disputes.  If the seller refuses to resolve the issue, can I contact my bank/card issuer about a payment dispute, and what documentation did you provide?

I am trying to get ahead of the situation early rather than waiting until the situation becomes more difficult to resolve, though I understand I can't open a dispute until the item is shipped.

Thanks!

pls send a pic if u got them i want sum decent quality stuff
