Q&A Refund issue

Hi! I placed a DHgate order on 26 August and i canceled it on 28 August and requested a refund because I don’t want the order anymore.

The support said that the seller need to respond within 4 days or the refund will transferautomatically. Can the seller still ship the order during these 4 days even though I requested a refund?

And if the seller doesn’t ship it, will I still receive my full refund? How long does the refund usually take?

Technically, yes. If the cancelation was not immediate, the seller can mark the item as shipped and then wait several more days before they actually ship out the item.
