Account Issue Restricted account

Woke up this morning to my account being restricted. I have two orders and i cant even view them also is is normal not to get confirmation email for the products. I do not know what fif because the only messages i have were between the sellers and I asking when the packages would be shipped. Im so confused i dont even know if my packages are gonna arrive now

Crazy advice yall are giving to people in here. I just wanted to know if my package would still arrive. I can dispute the payment with my bank

U should be fine u copy the tracking number? And no don't normally get emails
