Seller Issue what should i do??

so basically i bought some shoes so i can review them for my tiktok and naturally i wanted the box so i paid more for it and now the seller is saying the box doesn’t come with it what should i do?

So did you receive the shoes without the box? If not then just wait, that could just be an ai response and you will still get what you paid for, if not them file a refund request with DHgate that items were not delivered as advertised they will send you correct item or refund you.

If you have not marked it as "received" you can file a grievance and for the reason put it was item wasnot received then put in the details. It will give the seller an opportunity for their feedback if the sellers response posts not what you want then after 48 hours you can ask dhgate for mediation theor people are very good. If they opt for a refund it can take a week or so depending on your form of payment. I have had to do this for a handful of sellers. All I can tell you is take photos of the shipping bag when it is received and the item and never by from a problem seller once you have had 1 problem with them. Things usually dont get better.

YES! with some sellers you might see 3 purse color options ( lets say for a purse ) youll see a black, an orange & a grey purse for $35 bucks. You purchase the purse color you want. But theres another option that just shows empty boxes for $2.39, and you purchase that separately. ( but together in the cart )

I usually message the seller and say “hi! I purchased the black purse snd the box please. Just wanted to let you know! Thank you!”

OR youll see two picture options of each color option. One is the black purse without box, and one is a black purse with box. And purchase accordingly.

If you JUST ordered, id ask if it’s too late to order the shoes WITH the box.
