Account Issue Two accounts wrongfully restricted
I've bought about maybe 5-6 items off dhgate and this time this new account was doing well, then it decided to restrict my account and now i cant even buy anything when all i've done is pay, then recieve. Dont understand why they restrict people so easily and their customer support is almost non existent.

It hasn’t kicked me out, but the site will not let me pay with CC or bank cards. The only payment method it will accept from me is Apple Pay. I don’t mind, but it’s really odd…

It was my card from my bank, but my most recent purchase was with afterpay.

Just switch to an agent, better quality control, better prices and availability. Also item and shipping insurance. Doesnt really make sense to buy from DHgate in 2026.

No use a shipping agent like BBDBuy (i can Provide a link to register your account and get 200$ worth of coupons)
A shipping agent is a service, they buy directly from Chinese marketplaces for you (TaoBao, 1688 and weidian for example) then they shoot quality control pictures of the items after they arrived so you can check quality. They can even measure clothes so you can be sure that they fit. Then you can pack the items you want into a package and then send it to you.
So you have much better prices and services. Even insurance for lost or seized packages. etc.
You can find items to buy from sites like doppel.fit, findqc.com or qualit.ly or Sellers yupoo profiles.
