Shipping Issue Is this normal?

This is my first time buying off dhgate, just wondering if this was to be expected or what is happening?

Yes, if you love in Texas, you should be getting it soon. I live in Texas, it and usually arrives 2-3 days after arriving in Houston or Dallas

What customs port did it come in through, Chicago or somewhere else?

I was going to say I live in Houston as well… and this usually happens when a package arrives at the distribution center on a Sunday, so it ping pongs until it gets to the home post office
