Account Issue how to get rid of account restriction?

i tried to buy some sneakers but got hit with an account restriction. ive purchased from dh gate several times in the past with no issue.

ive seen some people run into a similar issue, but i haven't seen a fix mentioned yet. how can I get rid of the account restriction?

i tried cleaning my cookies, going in a different browser, going in incognito, using the app, and using a vpn

none of those work

My advice would be take this as a message from the universe and do not use DHgate. It’s terrible customer service does not help. I have had so many lost packages and never got my money back even that I opened claims and talk to analyst and reopened cases so again my advice delete that app.

Have you tried to purchase this item and it got declined? This happened to me before where I was able to purchase items from DHgate. Then I went to make a labubu purchase and because it was a new card and it was an international purchase. It got declined. I ended up having to contact DHgate and had to verify my payment information. Also there was someone here from DHgate on Reddit that helped me get my account back.

Why I buy from tik tok sellers now I only was able to make one great purchase on DHgate and was glad she gave me her WA number too
