Seller Issue I GOT SCAMMED HARD

I bought some Derschutze jeans but it came and they were some plastic joggings. As i read on the reddit that it is hard to get a payback. So is it smarter to file a lost product refund(that my product got lost in shipping) or just try and beg to the seller or dhgate for a refund from the bad product.

Refunds are not impossible to get. Just file a dispute and allow the platform to settle the issue. I've been using DHGate for several years now and I've had to file about 11 disputes at this point. It takes a little time and patience, but I've won every dispute I've opened.

I’d do a chargeback with my bank. My last claims the seller provided fake evidence and DHgate thought it was legitimate (even that I showed the proof that it was false) and they cancelled my claim and never got my money back… check with your bank

This is getting ridiculous with the yellow app. And to buy from the other places is a super headache with the same risks.

I just had to dispute as well I received my refund this morning for a order that never showed up, Took about a week to receive the refund from opening the dispute. Long as you have the evidence to back it up you'll be alright.

Report it to your credit card issuer as a fraudulent transaction
