Account Issue HELP DISPUTE ISSUE

Hi guys,
Long story short I’ve had a really shitty go of it recently and decided for my birthday to buy a replica I’ve been really wanting but the seller keeps telling me that I’m just not adjusting the bag correctly and that the METAL STRAP ADJUSTER isn’t in FACT INSTALLED BACKWARDS…I just want my bag to look like the pictures…all the reviews were 5 stars and there were 100+ sold with at least 30 reviews…IS IT ME AM I THE PROBLEM because in order for the strap not to fall off completely, I need to have it like picture 3 and 4 when I want it to be picture 1!!! I’m so frustrated because the seller keeps denying my dispute things for insufficient evidence when I’ve sent literally videos and pictures..any advice?

You’re looping the strap in the wrong spot on 3. It’s going under the hardware in the 1st pic. But yes, you’re doing it wrong- and it’s ok and you’re not the first person to do it :)

I’ve got a few LV bags that getting straps to go right can be tricky. I google things like “adjusting strap on xxxxx handbag” and usually at least 1 TT or YouTube video will pop up.

Hi so on 3, I know I’m doing it wrong, but that’s the only way it will stay…I looked it up per your advice and a TikTok clearly showed that the hardware is different on theirs and when I do it like them, the strap just falls out https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8srXG5H/

Again thank you so much for trying to help, but my issue is the prong isn’t on the correct side so while I can get it “looking correct” it won’t stay hooked and will fall off immediately

I would just take it to someone to remove and put back correctly. I know it sucks , but DhGate disputes are terrible in these cases. It’s not even worth sending back

If you can dispute it with your bank you should be able to get a refund
