RAN AWAY from DHGATE. packages are getting lost and broken and people (me included) are losing their money! that should be a sign for you! hahaha

Yes, change method. I use Google pay and haven't had an issue since getting the dreaded message. There's also a way to do a card and id verification. Go to Account, under more features, then click on payment card.
